The tub had mold and the room smelled like pot. It was so bad that we had to keep the doors open and the heat on just to stay in the rooms. Talked to the manager and he didn't have anything to say. Was also told that we have to ask for rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping upon arrival. Have used this hotel on several occasions and was never like this. I will not be back to this hotel ever.
Ask to stay at upper section. They tend to put construction workers and less desirables down below. Pot fumes were overwhelming. TV in room did not work. Safe area generally and place is well run. Just not worth the lower price w/ these issues.

On a nonGame weekend this is probably a 65USD/night room. It's as clan as it can be. The staff is really nice.

Disappointing Stay for Price
Hotel was mediocre, dated property, dated offerings especially for the surge pricing paid. Hotel should not state that they provide free breakfast. Old bagels and stale muffins should not constitute as a breakfast offering when paying $200+ per night. Hotel needs to evaluate their pricing structure even in high demand times.
The guy checking me in, never said a word to.me,never got off his phone, checked me in, handed me a key, and pointed, did not explain how to get to the other side of the property to the room.. the room had dead (thankfully) bugs in it.. in bathroom, and in the sink.. the phone did not work, you could hear in,they could not hear you..

Hotels at Ole Miss are hard to find. This was a very nice spot about 20 minutes away at a reasonable price. Room was dated but clean, nice bed and shower. Perfect for a road travel trip. Would return.

When I drove into the parking lot I was very apprehensive because my room was not cheap and the outside of the facility is in need of repairs, roof needs work( no leaks but aesthetics) and badly needs painting. However the front office and my room were immaculate! I felt very safe.

This hotel was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes, no AC, filthy rooms, sheets had hairs on them like they were dirty, no pool as advertised, such a disappointment for the premium price I paid

There was mold growing inside the emergency exit directions on back of door. Fridge was frozen shut. Bathroom very outdated.

It was a hotel for what we needed it to be...somewhere to sleep, that's it. It provided that.
Price was better than any hotel I've stayed in which prompted me to read all the negative reviews before booking. I took a chance and glad I did based on the positive reviews. This is a queit single story motel like back in the day where you park right in front of your room. The night I stayed there were no guest on either side of my room. They were spaced every other room. I had no complaints about my room. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, toilet flushed like a champ, plenty of hot running water, carpet and floors were clean. Plenty of seating and a good desk to get my work done. Complete silence. There was a waffle house next door I was able to walk to for food since I arrived late in the evening. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. This place could use some TLC and updating but those types of things aren't important to me. Comfort is what I needed and I found it here.

There were a few things that were broken like the TV and the toilet will not flush. The bathroom floor was dirty and the door did not seem to steal all the way shut.

carpet dirty, a/c rattled while compressor was running, lid was missing percolator , facilities for continental breakfast and not being used and covid is no excuse
This place isn't much to look at from the outside, but I had a nice stay here. The only issue was a broken chair, but the staff allowed me to borrow a chair from an empty room. Otherwise, everything worked fine. Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed. I had a quiet, restful sleep. Stayed in room 120 in May 2022. I would stay here again.
