"Non-smoking hotel, however, elevator & room smelled of smoking. Bed Linens & towels smelled of smoke. Towels very dingy as well as if had never been bleached. Air conditioner worked well and shower had hot water."

"First of all, we had a blast after I cleaned the property. The kitchen sink had food in both strainers. The placemats (Sisal) were sticky and full of food. There was cereal on the floor and under the couches; we did not bring that kind! Someone's hair brush was on the floor in the upstairs master ..."
