“Came up for a wedding and the house worked out perfect for us! Owner communicated with me throughout. Only suggestion I would have is to have more mirrors! We had a lot of girls trying to get ready at the same time.”

“Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). “Loved working with Ed. He and Laura are so nice and hospitable the entire way thru. Thank you for allowing us into your home. The local police were super nice, and the neighbors (may be visitors) were also so friendly.Fishing spots were fun on the beach and near Shinnecock Bay. If you dont catch anything, go to Mastic Seafood for fresh seafood!Overall, an amazing time!”

“Great house. Lot of room. Only complaint was mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Paid for Monday-Friday but couldn’t check in til 2 on Monday and had to be out by 10:00 on Friday. ”

“The location is superb, can’t do much better! Towards the end of the main strip for privacy but still right near the action that you come to Ocean Beach for. The rental was clean and stocked with essentials upon our arrival (definitely a life-saver) with the onsite washer/dryer a bonus!As for the property owner, I’m happy to report that this one is a pleasure… congenial, accommodating and professional from the start of the reservation process and onward.We are looking forward to returning next...
