We went to the Beachlife festival. Right across the street. Lots of fun. Very dog friendly and walkable to everything.

The room was clean, but a bit dated. The pool area was ok, but the pool was a bit dirty. There is a nice tennis court, but the basketball hoop is pretty beat up. I am told the surrounding area can be really fun, but there was a bunch of construction when we were there so it wasn’t really the case for us.
