“Rooms are not what they are described or pictured on website. My bed only had a sheet, bathtub was falling apart, gum and brown liquid was all over floor, about 2” dirt and dust along the baseboards and other trimming around room and ice box had a foul smell. Outside my door was trash and walking down the hallways it’s so much nasty stuff on the doors and walls. The house keeping even came to my first room and couldn’t believe it was left like it was unclean. I complained to the front desk and……

“Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit.”

“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”
