Great hotel which met our needs. We enjoyed eating in the A La Carte restaurants. You do have to pay 25 euros per person for these but the food and service was amazing. Pools were lovely and we had no problem in getting a sunbed each day. The pier and pier bar was nice but they do need to have more staff working in and around the bar area. It was quite hard to get a drink on some days. Some of the managers at the bar were quite rude and miserable which was disappointing. However, we enjoyed our stay and our room with a sea view was lovely.

The staff were not prepared to see that a mistake had been made booking garden rooms when I wanted a suite. I was charged for two rooms for the whole stay. Then when I left a day early they made me pay for the whole stay, an extra day. Totally unimpressive display on their part.

Unfortunately, the evening programs always start very late. Better at 9:15 a.m. instead of 10:15 a.m. There should also be a quiet place in the evening where there is no loud music. The hotels next door are also extremely loud.

Great facilities

Had a really good 7 night stay at this hotel. Highlights were: the food, especially the a la carte restaurants (for which there is an extra charge); it was relatively quiet as approaching out of season; nice comfy bed; some great service. Would have been 5 stars if there had been consistent service. Some parts of hotel need a bit of a sprucing up. But overall, worth what we paid.

Summer vacation

We went in July for a 3 days vacation with husband and a one year old infant , food was generous drinks were plenty as well , it was all inclusive with a lot of food and drink options … pool buffet was amazing with all of that summer vibes …. The only think was weather which was humid and hot and the air conditioning was a bit weak and did not accommodate all that heat and humidity …. We were sweating inside the property .. otherwise I’d give it 8.5

Great service and value for money

First time experience on an all inclusive holiday ... would definitely do again. Amazing food options-beware some of the restaurants require a €10/per person service charge and these have limited availability so you have to be quick to book. Lots of bars with good drink selections. The nightclub was ok-but the DJ only really played house and dance music. Despite it being around 27-30 degrees the outdoor pools were quite cool...you could brave it but not for too long. The spa has good facilities-free and paid for. All the staff were excellent and service was prompt-would definitely go back because the value and service was incredible.

1) we got the room late. 2) when we asked for late checkout for two hours they refused. We needed one room out of twelve for two extra hours and they refused. 3) no activities and engagement at the pool. 4) they advertised that there are six restaurants in this all inclusive resort. We found out that we have to pay 25 euros per person to go to them and that only one restaurant was available. They deceived us. 5) rooms are outdated. No usb or international outlets. 6) many of the games at the arcade were broken or not working. Bowling was out of order. 7) staff did not speak English and did not understand basic requests.

Worst experience at cornellia Diamond golf resort

The experience was way below my expectation.Right from checkin, the staff was not welcoming and language was a big barrier to make them undestand even a simple thing.The person at reception Mr Kader was very rude. In the room, the bed was sinking and the aircondition was broken(in spite of continuous follow ups with reception whole afternoon they were not able to fix it and eventually came and fixed at 9.30pm till 11 pm in the night). For every request, I was told to contact reception. I had booked a superior sea view room and paid higher price for same. I was given much smaller room. Also the food and drinks were not upto the mark, considering the price I paid for same. Regarding the spa, it was not clean at all. The jacuzzi was not working and when we complained, they said call reception as language was big barrier.The spa staff couldn't understand simple english. It wasn't worth the money. My money should be refunded. I regret my choice and will not recomend this hotel to anyone. Please take it up with the hotel and get me refund for my stay.
