“We were very lucky to find this property. Was 2 blocks away from family who live in the neighborhood. We did not need to cook meals there. If so, we would have found a place with a range as this one did not have one. Owners were easy to get a hold of and anything we needed was there in a timely manner. Only wish there was another chair to watch tv as there were 2 of us and only one livingroom chair. There was an indoor table and 2 chairs to eat a meal at. A very fair price per night for……

“The Blake cottage is perfectly located in downtown Pensacola. You can drive to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, dig your toes in the sand and soak up the sun. Or you can take a walk to Palafox and enjoy all that downtown offers. I took advantage of both and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Blake cottage. ”

“This little cottage was perfect for a couples getaway. Close to downtown to enjoy all things offered by Pensacola on Palafox. Cozy and clean. A/C worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice small kitchen with just right appliances. Host was great with notifications. We had no issues with the property, so never had to contact them.”

“Very very cute cottage! Looks newley renovated, very clean, had everything we personally needed. It was easy talking to the property manager on VRBO. They replied back in reasonable times. The only thing I would say is I wished it had curtains on the front door for a little more privacy. It is a good distance from the beach, but if you want affordable that isn’t on the beach, this was a good option. It’s close to restaurants and stores. “We enjoyed the stay. Cottage was cute and small. Not great if you are a light sleeper. Traffic noise was loud at times. We like it dark when we sleep and the house has shear curtains throughout. Bathroom is small and cute, with allyou could need. We had everything we needed nearby. Overall it was a nice stay.”
