“Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. ”

“It was a perfect spot for our recent trip to Boston. It was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for our bachelor party. The host made check-in seamless and was very accommodating for any request we had. The proximity to the tavern below train was also a major plus. ”

“Everything was perfect. The location was exactly what we needed for all the sites we intended to see. Very walkable, safe, and quiet. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay perfect. We even enjoyed cooking a meal in the kitchen. “Giving this unit 5 stars mostly for location and convenience! In the middle of Newbury street walking all around Boston was a breeze as was finding nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for noise (we didn’t mind), but when you choose to stay on a busy street it’s unavoidable!”

“The place worked super well for our group of 4. It is a small place - solid for 4 but would get tight beyond that. The pool was not open for the season but the space looked like it would be pretty nice. The apartment had basic equipment and some starter supplies - coffee K cups etc. It is a compact place so I would not plan on making an elaborate dinner in house. All the stuff is there, but logistics could be tricky. The location was fantastic. Steps from the T which makes getting around Boston...

“This is a delightful spacious ground floor apartment in the beautiful neighbourhood of Charlestown. Arthur and Cindy were perfect hosts, friendly and welcoming. Their communication was great and they kindly accommodated our difficulties after a stressful journey. The property is no more than 30 minute's walk from the major sights of Boston and public transport is also excellent. The historic Warren Tavern is 2 blocks and serves great food in an atmospheric surrounding. We would stay again...
