Great Place for medium sized group

Everything we needed for a fun getaway weekend was there. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was clean and the house is generally set up to be a great spot for a gathering of friends.

Great stay - nice house with a lot of amenities!

Nice stay, river floating nearby, close to Old Mill. Angela was great when there was a little mishap with the cleaning crew when we arrived that she took care of immediately. Definitely recommend this home to others!

This place is a must go to when you are in Bend! We came down for a concert, so it was very walkable to Hayden Homes amphitheater (about 15-20 mins). The house had so many amenities and little things throughout the house that was thoughtful (mints and earplugs in every bedroom ). The projector in the living room was awesome and they even provided movie theater buckets of popcorn, kernels and lots of different powder to spice up your popcorn! The hot tub was relaxing and the sauna was nice to enjoy on a cold morning. The beds were cozy and nice to have a tv in each room! We were excited about the wildfire pizza oven in the backyard which we used and loved! If we are back in Bend again, I would rent this house in an instant! The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly if you needed anything. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Well appointed house in a great location. Hot tub, gorgeous back deck, movie room; this house had it all. Close to the river front and easy to get downtown or to the mountain to ski. We’ll definitely come back!

Thank you for creating an environment that feels like a five star resort. We were marvelous at how well appointed your home is. The best location for skiing our parts out.

House was clean, warm, and welcoming. Host was communicative and friendly. Lots of bonus amenities not at your typical rental, but could use a check-in as some things weren't as they could be. Like out of propane (7 empty) and wire brush for pizza oven didn't have anymore bristles, smaller things but affected our plans. Overall, great property, CLEAN, plenty space for 6 adults to stay comfortably.
Nice space in the front room for coffee and conversation.
Big table for us all to sit.
First bedroom to the right of stairs

Absolutely Perfect

I should start with pointing out I'm very rarely satisfied with a vacation rental. I'm sorry, I'm just hard to please but wow this place was top notch. Not huge, but got the job done. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Hot tub and sauna was great - we didn't get to use the pizza oven but it would have been super fun in the summer. The beds and pillows were literally better than my own at home (still trying to figure out the brand of that mattress!). Contact with the owners for wifi was prompt and kinda and helpful. Overall I can't say enough - great house, great people, great location.

Overall was nice

House was great, beds super comfortable, heated toilet seats were a nice surprise, amenities (sauna, hot tub and pizza oven) were great and the theater room makes me want one at my house. Parts we didn't care for are the house is just off a super busy street, the hot tub maintenance came on Friday and drained/refilled all the water so it wasn't hot enough to use until that night, and when I messaged the host a question I never received a reply. These wouldn't cause me to never stay here again but it definitely frustrated me and wouldn't be my first choice.

The host was very responsive. The house was in a fantastic location to go for morning walks along the river. Loved the rowing machine in their gym and watching evening movies in the theater room. Enjoyed our stay. Perfect home base for Sisters Quilt Show 1/2 hour away.

We loved our stay. The location was a short drive or medium walk to the river and shops/restaurants. The house has a great home theater and hot tub that we enjoyed. When we arrived there were books and mints on the beds as a welcome. We'd definitely stay here again.
