Quiet Property
Over the years, we’ve stayed in many parts of Sunriver, and this was our first time in this neighborhood. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the main village, so best suited for those who don’t mind driving rather than walking or biking to shops and restaurants. The location is peaceful with no homes directly behind, which encouraged wildlife to pass through. One thing to note is while this a dog friendly property, there is no fence behind the house. During the last half of our stay we had renters next door who let their dogs wander behind our house, unattended. While this is no fault of the property owner, something to keep in mind.The house is very clean and has a layout that worked well for our group of two couples and two singles. The downstairs queen bedrooms with attached baths were especially convenient. The upstairs primary bedroom has a bathroom close by, though the space is quite tight—something taller guests may notice.Beds were generally comfortable, though the upstairs primary king mattress could use an update. Towels were functional, the kitchen had most essentials, and the bikes on site would benefit from some maintenance.Overall, this is a clean, comfortable home in a quiet setting, and with a few small updates, it could be truly exceptional.
