Can't go wrong
You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. Communication during booking is great and the check-in and out process is really smooth. Thanks Ismael.

Amazing experience.
Over the last twenty years, we've made most of our family travel plans around the world using vacation rentals similar to this one. This was easily one of the best. The owner made check in and check out as easy as can be and we felt at home immediately upon our arrival. We can't say enough good things about this place and have zero complaints. Area is quiet and remote, but close enough to a long list of wonderful places to see. We found ourselves not wanting to leave the property very much and shortened our list of things to see in the area. Thank you again for a wonderful time.

Simply amazing
The property was even better than the listing described. We were met by the owners Ismael and his wife, they take so much pride in the property. Everything was clean and tidy. The outdoor space and pool is marvellous. Just the ideal villa to relax and recharge. Lots to do and see in and around the marina Alta area. Excellent villa, thanks again Ismael, 5 stars!!

Perfect stay!
First of all it was a wonderful, cosy and relaxing stay in Ismaels´property! Fantastic views and a peaceful enviroment included. We spent a great time with our little family there. Everything was like shown on the pictures! The house is surrounded by beautiful olive trees! Thank you again

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen und Ismael ist ein sehr netter und dezenter Gastgeber, der aber bei kleineren Problemen sofort zur Verfügung stand. Das Haus hat einen herrlichen Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer, der Pool ist wunderbar groß und an einer Seite auch schön tief.insgesamt ein tolles Haus, was wir nur empfehlen können, wenn auch der Weg zum Haus etwas bergig ist. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub - vielen Dank Ismael.

Nos hemos alojado durante una semana y se nos ha hecho muy corto, nos hemos sentido como en casa. De la villa no se puede poner ni una pega, todo perfecto, no le falta de nada. Vistas espectaculares, ambiente tranquilo, ubicación perfecta, cerca de Benidoleig, Orba, Pedreguer, Denia... Un lujo de piscina, la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Destacar el trato de los propietarios, muy atentos y amables. Nos dieron recomendaciones para comer y visitar en la zona. Si tenemos la oportunidad, volveremos.

Schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit Freunden in der Villa und haben die 17 Tage in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt war, wurde sofort eine neue Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Super Service. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt. Er ist jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und reagiert zeitnah. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Objekt
Wir waren jetzt über Pfingsten 14 Tage im Haus und können nur positiv darüber berichten. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Extrem ruhige Gegend. Da sind wir mit unseren zwei Kindern im positiven aufgefallen :-). Wir werden wieder buchen.

Naszym zdaniem obiekt nie miał żadnych wad. Przepiękne widoki nawet w pochmurne dni. Pomocny gospodarz, zapewnił wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Szybki kontakt i łatwe zameldowanie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Nie było żadnego problemu z łóżeczkiem dla dziecka i fotelikiem do karmienia.

Wow wat een geweldige villa!
Wow! Wat een geweldige villa! Het heeft ons aan niks ontbroken, het huis was geweldig! De villa was nog veel mooier als op de foto’s. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, we hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad, en komen zeker nog eens terug!

An incredible house and view
We spent ten days in this magnificent house, with its superb view! Ismaël and his charming wife welcomed us with great kindness. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. We loved the various garden furniture and particularly the pergola near the swimming pool. The view comes at a price: we are on top of a mountain, and leaving home to throw the trash or go shopping can seem overwhelming, but the surroundings are worth a visit. I highly recommend this house !!

Even more beautiful than in the photos!
We had to find new accommodation within a day because the one we had booked was dirty. Ismael was super nice and helpful and spontaneously let us rent his house. The house looked nice in the photos, but when we were there we couldn't believe HOW beautiful it is. The view is incredible, the house is beautifully decorated, super clean and perfectly equipped. The same goes for the outside area: there are small seating areas everywhere, the grill is great and everything is very well maintained - including the pool. The area is wonderfully quiet, you can walk in the nature and see shooting stars in the evening. You can tell that a lot of love went in this holiday house and that every detail has been thought of. We are so happy to have been there! :)

Wunderschöne Villa zum Wohlfühlen!
Diese Villa ist eine der schönsten, die wir je gebucht haben! Innen top renoviert, sehr hell und freundlich, zwei schicke moderne Bäder, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche! Beeindruckend ist der Platz um das Haus herum, der große abgeschlossene Parkplatz, die riesige Poolterrasse und die gepflegten Gartenanlagen. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus, zum Teil mit wunderschönem Meerblick, in der Sonne oder im Schatten oder direkt neben dem herrlichen Zitronenbaum. Der Pool selbst ist groß (ca 5 x 10 Meter), sehr gepflegt und sauber und abends beleuchtet. Man hat von der Poolterrasse einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer! Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Villen der Urbanisation kann man durch die exponierte Lage der Villa die Abendsonne sehr lange genießen! Beim nahegelegenen Clubhaus kann man kostenlos Tennis spielen oder an der Bar etwas trinken. Die Kommunikation mit Ismael war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben ihn allerdings nur bei der Begrüßung gesehen, denn während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts gab es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert! Zu den Stränden fährt man ca 15 - 20 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll, sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool war super und alles ist wirklich wie auf den schönen Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Kommunikation, Tipps und Betreuung mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een heerlijk ruim huis, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtig tegen de berg gelegen met een mooi wijds uitzicht. Auto is vereist door een 3 km lange weg omhoog. Zeer de moeite waard!
