Great hotel and lovely staff. Room clean as expected. Up a great big hill so not great for the walk back when drunk although hotel does offer a shuttle service it stops earlier in the night so not much use so the above problem. Lovely and quiet with it being out of the town centre/ beach area.

The room was small, basic shabby & not totally clean. There was a small tv on the wall below it was a desk with a plastic chair not exactly a work station & no plug socket anywhere there to use. It said toiletries included so I didn’t bring any as only there 4 nights but that inc shampoo & shower gel that was it I asked at the reception for son conditioner as how else could I wash my long hair nope not inc I was told 😡 There was no tea making facility in the room so I asked could we have a kettle I was told you need to go & buy 1 at the shop. And to top it off I didn’t see anyway but maybe wrong that the hotel was at the highest point at the top of 4 steep hills cardiac arrest !! We couldn’t walk it so each time we walked down we got a taxi bk up at the cost of €6-7 !! Especially after a night out ! They do run a shuttle bus just to the bottom of the hill every 20 min but it was Xmas so times differed. Phoned down 1 evening as we didn’t go out & asked for room service , was told no sorry we don’t do room service. And to top it off we had a Spanish family next door but 1 who were in & out slamming door kids banging bk on it & shouting from 7 am so 1 thing we didn’t need was an alarm. Would I stay again or recommend it no definitely not !!

We really enjoyed our stay, the food was good and lots of local dishes to choose from. The property can be a bit noisy at times but this did not spoil our stay. Staff were really helpful and polite, would definitely stay here again.

ONLY HAD TWO NIGHT , I WAS VISITING A FRIEND SO DIDNT REALLY USE THE FACILITIES TO THE BEST. STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND THE GENERAL CLEANLINES WAS GOOD, HOWEVER, THE VIEW FROM MY BALCONY (ROOM 104) WAS NOT THE BEST AND WASNT HEPLED BY THE ROOF OF THE TEMPLE ANNEX BEING SITUATED RIGHT OUTSIDE BY BALCONY, THIS WAS LITTERED WITH CIGARETTE BUTTS AND OTHER DETRITUS THROWN FROM THE ROOMS ABLOVE, QUITE OFF PUTTING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO ENJOY A DRINK ON THE BALCONY, AS THE ANNEX DOESNT SEEM TO BE IN USE ANYMORE IM SURE IT COULD BE REMOVED. THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF HOT AND COLD. CAR PARKING WAS SECURE AND COST WERE OK, 15 EUROS PER NIGHT. DIDNT FIND THE HILL TOO MUCH TROUBLE BUT I AM QUITE MOBILE. THERE WAS A LITTLE NOISE AT NIGHT FROM LATE TIME REVELERS BUT THIS IS BENIDORM.

One to avoid. Broken aircon and refusal by the hotel to offer a fan, change rooms or anything else for that matter. The reception was surrounded in fans and they wouldn’t let us borrow one. The only reason I booked this was due to aircon and our room was 28degrees all night. Complained to the hotel who said contact Expedia but Expedia tells us to contact the hotel. Absolute deadlock. Avoid if you want a hotel with working facilities and good customer service.

Hotel was clean and room were nice and also tidy. Only issue we had was some of or group didn’t have electrical power in there rooms for a day or 2. Reported the issue to the front desk who took note of the issue and said they would try to resolve the issue.

Check in was terrible. The man on reception was on the phone. After the call had finished the phone rang again. Completely ignored us and started talking on the phone again. We waited for him 15 mins. He was full of self importance. Horrible man. There is not any information in the room. We wanted to ring down to reception. There was not any information who to dial. We didn’t have any tea/coffee making facilities. We didn’t have a safe. There were no extra pillows in the room. Certainly not a 4star hotel.

overall it is a good hotel. friendly staff nice and clean and quiet. only problem i had was they never restocked the bar with magners for the whole 4 nights i was there i got the last one they had on night one and they kept saying tomorrow every day i asked but tomorrow never arrived so had to go to other bars.

Nice Hotel
Hotel was pretty good. Stayed there as we were going to see a show at Benidorm Palace. Good location. On a bit of a hill. Mannon reception was a bit unfriendly and took ages. Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was busy but well organised. Lifts were very slow and didnt like 4 people, even though that is the design load.

Lovely few days.
Amazing value. Good on site parking but €10 per day. Great staff, which were particularly helpful. Good accessibility for limited mobility clients but still many slopes to negotiate. Great breakfast. Super swimming pool.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel, very clean and modern rooms cleaned by maids daily. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available. Staff friendly and welcoming although a little slow in reception so don’t go last minute for anything. Slightly out of the way and up a long incline but the hotel put on a free bus service to the beach throughout the day every 15/20 mins up until 18.50. Would definitely stay again.

Saw the other reviews after booking this hotel and was a concerned by them. However, I have to leave a review to set the record straight. This hotel is fantastic and the staff are fun and friendly. The buffet was amazing and full of variety. As soon as we arrived we got checked in. I saw a review complaining about the elevators, we had no problem with them. The bed had a few black hairs on it when we arrived. The black hairs appeared frequently after cleaning. Even on my toothbrush so that was weird. Strong cocktails. The hill to get to the hotel is very steep but there is a bus to the beach. Half board is breakfast and dinner and the dinner menu changes from night to night
