“Clean room, ease getting in and out, subway nearby (though we only felt safe taking it as a group due; there was a shooting two stops north of Fairmount on the last night of our stay). Hosts were very fast to reply to requests and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Very easy getting to and from the Pennsylvania Convention Center by subway and Uber/Lyft; would stay again in the future!”

“This place is under train rails, very loud and shaky. They said we can find earplugs in the room but there wasn't any. The drawers had trash like empty candy gelatine and they were dusty on top. It seemed like the room was cleaned much before we arrived. There's microwave and refrigerator but no plate or mug. When we had a leftover food that wasn't in a microwave-safe box, we couldn't heat it up. It's in a great location and could be good for one night only, but not for longer stays. As a plus……

“We stayed here for an event at the convention center and it was perfect. Great for 2 people, anymore would be snug. In a nice area of Philly, easy to walk to tons of food and activities. The bed was very comfy and was great for our 2 night stay. We were able to drop off our suitcases quickly before moving to parking. I do recommend pre-buying parking in a lot/garage close as they tend to be more expensive day of. ”

“Just as described, cute little apartment, clean, well stocked, host answers messages quickly. Tons of stuff right next door in Passyunk square. A couple of blocks from the subway.”

“Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them……
