The hotel is a little basic in that there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms - it is always nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up of come back from a day's sight seeing. The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. The buffet breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The view from the terrace at breakfast was lovely.

This hotel was worth every penny, I’d give it a solid 9/10. The location is incredible: it has so many restaurants, shops, markets and subway/bus stops within a walking distance. The breakfast every morning is worth the extra price, there’s plenty of variety and delicious food in a buffet style so you can eat as much or as little as you’d like. The views are phenomenal too! The only thing that brought it down to a 9 for me was the pillows, they felt more like an empty pillowcase with a few cotton balls so they didn’t have much support or comfort. Lastly, since it’s in the middle of the city, it can be quite noisy at all times especially at night but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, this was the best possible hotel we could’ve found for our trip, I highly recommend and we will be back next time we’re in town!

Great selection of gluten free food for breakfast! Awesome views and accommodations. Unfortunately some of their night staff was wildly rude and misogynist; I was baffled honestly. Overall pretty great

This hotel was excellent - highly recommended -------- the only thing that was a disappointment - is that no tea facilities were provided and the television was small / outdated and available channels were poor.

Beautiful hotel - very vintage and unique. Yes you can see it is old but well kept. The view from the breakfast room on the 6th floor is breathtaking. Very good breakfast options.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area has lots restaurants, bars, shops, and it close to the metro. One very minor item was the wifi was slow but I would stay here again next time I’m in Berlin

It's on Ku'damm in amongst top end shopping but the hotel is what you pay for. Room on front with balcony and view of square is a plus. The single room was small but enough for one. No coffee making. Breakfast is adequate but no "English" breakfast. Self service.

It is nice hotel in a nice part of the city. Shopping in this area is great... if you think 500 euros is a cheap pair of shoes. Breakfast was good. Taxis, tourist busses and ubahn are near. No fridge in the rooms; no ice machine in the building. Great view from Breakfast room!

You'll be happier at another establishment
Would not recommend. I decided to stay at this place because they have rooms with balconies. Although I specifically booked a room with balcony, after being checked in, I found out they didn't give me a room with balcony. I was then told I booked a "standard" room. I showed them my confirmation which confirmed I was correct with room type At that point, they told me "they don't have any rooms with balconies left" (even though it was still possible to book this room type via their website). And then when I enquired about their Wi-Fi, they told me it wasn't working and I should go to the Subway next door. And, apparently, they couldn't do anything for the trouble (e.g., provide me with breakfast). The room was clean. The pillows and mattress were too soft. My room faced street and was a bit loud (Probably a good idea to ask for a room on the side facing inner courtyard). I decided to check out their "breakfast buffet" - I understand due to Coronavirus, they weren't doing a buffet but rather a brown bag that could be taken away or eaten on their balcony seating. The bag contained about 4 or 5 items that looked like they came from a vending machine but cost EUR 12, so I decided to skip and get a proper espresso and muesli from a cafe at the corner. The outdoor seating looked nice though. To top it all off, the guy at the front desk made me wait 7 minutes while he talked on the phone, later explaining, "It was the boss." Clearly, the customer is not the boss at this establishment.

Dear Pankaj, we very much regret your inconvenience. Our hotel reopened on 01.07.20. At that time, not all floors were ready to move into again. Because of the pandemic, we had special requirements that were not yet met for the single rooms with balconies. That is why you received an upgrade to a double room for single use. The wifi is now working again. Due to the change of provider, we were unfortunately unable to offer WiFi in the first week of July. Further on we are currently not allowed to offer our breakfast buffet. Alternatively, we offer our guests breakfast boxes in three versions with regularly varying contents. We very much hope that the situation will relax quickly and that we will soon be able to offer our buffet in the usual form again. Best regards - your Come Inn Hotel.

Nice stay!
Pros: Cute room with amazing view (KDamm side). Shower pressure and temp best I’ve seen in city. One block from U7 stop. Cons: WiFi inconsistent, dropped/was shut off quite a bit. Noise from street a bit loud (even 6 stories up).

I found that the breakfast was very overpriced considering the options that were available. 12 euros for very basic and mediocre (at best) food. Considering that there were several places nearby for a much better breakfast, I found this to be all the more shocking. Furthermore, I believe that there was some sort of mistake as I had opted for a breakfast included. Instead of trying to assist me or telling me where to call to look into this, the receptionist just said "nope, no breakfast". I found customer service to be very lacking. One attendant was very helpful with directions and recommendations for places in the immediate area. The location of the hotel is quite ideal if one wants to see the city centre fo Berlin and stay in a posh area. Given the nature of other hotels in the area, and my frequent travel and experience with hotels, I would opt for others if in Berlin.

Very amazing experience with simple and quick check-in and pleasant stay. Room quality was very good, with all-around small details which added an extra character. Beautiful view from the room to the outside of the western Berlin. Overall, will book again on my next trip to the city.

The directions to the hotel were not exact. The reward for not finding the hotel was an excellent room with a stunning view along the "Ku dam" and the same view was also in the Breakfast room, absolutely stunning, so was also the buffet, clean, neat, and the staff friendly. The hotel has a new and clean location is excellent, frequent buses, stop at Hotel, Oliver Platz.

Best points: excellent location for accessing public transportation with bus 109 from Tegel Airport stopping directly in front of hotel and only a short walk to the U bahn. Excellent value for breakfast especially if you reserve with breakfast. Room was clean enough when we checked in. However, it had not been cleaned the next day by the time we returned in the early afternoon. The following day, we returned after 4 pm. Cleaning was haphazard; the empty box of tissues wasn’t replaced when we specifically left a note, and we had to ask for toilet paper.

Great West Berlin location. Excellent value.
Large, clean, comfortable room. Great location in Olivaerplatz. Only thing lacking from room was a fridge. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, accommodating, and good location
The staff was super friendly and helpful, room was quiet with the window closed, and nice big window, bathtub, and room. There was a big stain on the curtain that I thought looked kind of gross, but the beds were clean. West Berlin charm for sure, and I liked the opera theme.

Great stay.
This is a fantastic hotel for the price, Huge room at front of hotel with view over the streets below (room108), 2 bathrooms, one for elderly or incapacitated with alarm system(don't pull the cords to see what happens like I did) Air con, TV, etc and busses out the front or 150m down the road passed all the top brand shops!

Another stay at the Come Inn.
Overall a good stay, the only bugbear was I had booked a superior room with two single beds and a sofa bed. When we got to the room it seemed to be a twin room with another single bed shoehorned in. I was travelling with friends and we decided it would suffice, however if I had been travelling with my family I would have asked to move to what I had paid for. Everything else was great, I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times and as usual the service was spot on and breakfast was great.
