I am sorry that the room was dusty- because of COVID we chnaged the way we sell the rooms ( leave rooms empty between guests for a few days) and that might have caused the room to be dusty- we will ertantly work on that :) Thank you for staying with us and hope to see you again soon.

Dear Guest, First, let me apologise for any inconvinience caused to you during your stay. We have many different guests who speak many different languages and also our staff, speaks many languages and are come from many countries. I would clear the matter with the front office employee to assure that in the future, all of our guests will be treated with the respect and freindliness that we usually provide. Regarding the cleaning- It was probably a missunderstanding - We provide Bedsheets and Towels in all of the rooms and we clean the room once a day, as long as not "Do not disturbe" sign is hanged. In this situation, the sign was on and that is why the cleaning team did not enter your room. We look forward to seeing you again and make a better second impression. Dear Guest, Thank you fro taking the time to write us. Please be assure, that not every person who doesnt speak your language is racist and I would truly recommend you to take this comment off. We are multi culti Hotel from employees from all around the world, different religions and launguages. Our Hotel sets its goal on service and I am sorry you did not recieve this feelling from us. It is also not true regarding your comment of towels and linen- we provide high quality towels and bed sheets- you do not have to bring anything with you- exactly as you as our guest didnt have to bring anything with you (rooms are top clean and controlled each day twice). We understand that you did not enjoy your stay, but please stick to the facts. We will do our best to improve ourselves. Looking forward to seeing you again
