Clean but not convenient
Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door.

The gentleman at the front desk was so nice. One of our rooms did not have a remote so in the single digits and I’ve on the ground he brought us one.

No one to greet you, note on door to call a number. No towels or washcloths, no amenities (soap, shampoo...), bathroom door won't shut, baseboard pulling away from wall, bugs in bathtub. floor not swept in room, "breakfast" non existent (only one donut remained). made motel 6 look like the Hilton.

Rooms were clean and staff friendly. But front office doors were closed in morning n hard to get someone n also when calling to confirm reservation they did not answer and needed some code to enter which I did not have.

Only room in 80 miles- gf wanted to sleep in car!
This was the only room available for 80 miles. Branson, Springfield, mo were sold out. I searched Hollister, Mo This popped up and it was 10:30 pm so I took it. Then noticed it was 38 miles away - and 50 minutes! It wasn’t clean! Tv was wiped down because you could see the streaks. The picture, room mirror and bath mirror all had handprints, and dirt smudges all over them. Bed sheets were stained. Bed sounded like it was going to fall apart when we sat on it! Nail polish on floor. Ceiling patch repair or tile repair residue on the shower. Sink had NO hot water. Toilet paper roll was half used. The rear of our unit had boarded up windows, a sagging roof, and looked to be falling apart. We would’ve slept in the car but didn’t feel it was safe so we slept fully clothed and left as soon as we got a few hours sleep because we felt that uncomfortable!
