“The property was very clean and nice, but had a strange odor. The sewer small eminated around the front door. In the washer-dryer closet, there was a pipe, and I am guessing that is where the smell comes from. My clothes and duffle bag brought the smell home. But would stay there again!”

“Amazing accommodations! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own room which was ideal. Communication was seamless and easy. Close to Whole Foods and many other shops. Short walk to Red line subway which took us easily and quickly to downtown Chicago and all the attractions. The building had other common spaces like an outdoor terrace with grills, seating and a fire pit. We also took advantage of the fitness center. We would stay here again.”

“Hotel amenities were great, and the suite was nice enough. The mattress was a little springy, but not terrible. I was frustrated by finding out about an amenities fee at the end that added roughly $100 to my cost at the hotel. That felt a lot like the “hidden fee” that so many booking services seek to advertise not having. That hotel would probably say that they don’t hide that fee, that it’s stated in the hotel stay conditions or something to that affect; but I’d argue that most people staying……
