“The property did not have the best "curb appeal". But once we got to our room, room was clean and nice and cold. It was a very small room, but once again clean. The bathroom is a little worn, could use a soft renovation. Our 22 year old son was with us so it was very close quarters for the 3 of us. The pool area was very busy and some garbage, but once again, it was July 4th weekend. Would we stay there again if we were in a pinch? We would.”

“We had a great 4 days at Coastal waters. It was perfect for me and my teenage daughters and some friends that spent the night. We loved the access to the beach and pool. The wifi was great as i worked from the unit for two of the days. There was a lot in walking distance, 7-11, beachside pizza, and izzy’s ice cream and tacos. My daughter and i enjoyed fish from The Fish House down the street. Publix is only a 5min drive. Bonnie was quick to respond to questions. We might do the same thing next...

“First thing first could not lock the sliding glass door. It was actually broken. Towel in the bathroom look like they used it to clean floor big brown stains on it. The grout in bathroom brown from mold or whatever. Could not contact manager for hours and then they would not offer new room or money back. Had the nerve to tell us the owner stayed in that room but there is no way in hell they would stay in that room. Lost over 600 because they would not help. Total trash of a place.”

“To start off, the communication with the host was excellent. Very receptive and helped with a toilet issue we had right away by getting a plumber out fairly quick. Very clean house. Location was very good. Especially having a DG Market so close as well as a quick walk to the beach. There was only one bathroom which sucks but we knew going in. The bathroom sink was clogged with blonde hair ( none of us are blonde). And the toilet was backed up slightly when we checked in but I had hoped it would...

“This was our 3rd stay at Bob’s condo and we had a lovely time as usual. The condo is sparkly clean, kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and all your beach and pool needs. Parking is easy and the whole complex is just really nice . Perfect beach gateway! We will back soon !”

“The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals. We’ve used VRBO many times before...

“Great spot! Convenient to everything NSB offers! Highly recommend”

“Great nice clean”

“This is our second visit to this location and we had an even better time this time! Well worth the price!”

“Stay was good. Right on the beach and pool was clean. Could use a few updates abut overall was a good stay and enjoyed our time.”

“A property right on the beach, clean, great staff”

“Very nice and clean room. Everything you could need was available. Great communication from the host as well!”

“Love this location. Right on the beach with a pool and close to downtown NSB. The room had everything we needed.”

“We loved this place, great customer service, clean modern rooms and beautiful views from our balcony. It was quiet, relaxing and one of the best places we’ve stayed at near Daytona shores. ”

“Close to Flagler and walking distance to fishing. I was able to park my boat trailer on property which was a huge plus. And its right next to the boat ramp and the best coffee in NSB, Islander. Great stay!”

“Easy walk to beach & out the door & few steps to the pool! Host was great! Cleaning staff needs to up their skills! ”
