“First property very well maintain and the agent at the desk was very professional she had good personality. Our rooms were so clean and refreshing were had a good nights sleep beds were comfortable.The air conditioning was excellent.I will be back .”

“It was nice to have a full kitchen but the metal bed frames stuck out further then the mattresses, stubbing toe and shins hazard, the front room was musty smelly, no elevator and not ha ing a staff member on site was very inconvenient at times. Loved the location, the ocean views and the pool.”

“Everything was fine”

“The office had to be unlocked when we arrived at 3 pm which makes me feel unsafe, the office smelled aweful, no real parking so we returned the key and got another room. I realize it is a cheap room but for $50 more I had a very nice room at the Hyatt in Titusville. In fairness we never even went inside the room which was on the second floor where you had to walk by junk cars to get to. Be cautious. Best $100 I threw away to be safe.”

“We were really excited to finally stay here. The view and location were fantastic, but unfortunately the condition of our room really impacted the stay. From the time we arrived, there was a very noticeable musty/mildew smell in the room. It was late, so rather than asking to move rooms, we assumed the smell would dissipate. Unfortunately, it never did, and by the end of our stay the odor was strong enough that we both felt nauseous. We also noticed what appeared to be moisture-related issues……

“The place was very cute , clean , parking , great hospitality. Nice three minute walk 2 the beach.”

“Immediately checked out upon check in. The door did not completely shut and an old- fashioned slide lock was on the door. Room was moldy with overwhelming mildew small. The floor was very dirty, and the beds did not appear to be changed between guest. The completely dried up dead frog in shower leads me to believe the rooms had not been cleaned for awhile. The ONLY positives I can say is that the digital check in was smooth (once we could locate the room; there is not good signage) and when I……

“On 10/22 I spoke to "Alley" a Staff at the Quality Inn, and I explained my personal situation regarding my Mothers illness; which involved my canceling one of the two nights I reserved, Alley was professional, and took the time to listen, then she gave me advise based on policy. The Bathroom needs some updates Ex: Bathroom toilet reminded us of a toddlers training potty it sits so very low for an adult.”

“There was only 1 elevator working and it was VERY slow. Overall, the property was clean and I liked the balcony overlooking the ocean. My complaint is that we stayed 1 night, the room was basically “clean” when we checked out and I had 2 more charges totaling $35 on my card dated for the date we checked out. No one can explain what these charges were for.”
