“I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.”

“What a find! Very quiet, secluded and private villas with well equiped kitchens and comfortable bed. Beautiful, large screened porch area. Very clean. On site managers keep the beautiful, extensive grounds meticulously maintained as well as the pool and BBQ area. Enjoyed hiking to both Big Rock Falls and a cool cave. ”

“Had a fabulous stay at Cassia Hill. Had a duplex style studio overlooking the gorgeously cared for grounds (#2). The room was surrounded by huge windows to enjoy the lush trees and plants from inside. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful both before and during my stay. “Calico Jack's in a hidden gem in Belize! You really feel like you are in the jungle on their lush grounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about their guests. We loved the activities they offer, such as the zip lining only a 10 min walk from our room. Be sure to stay for breakfast and order the Stuffed Fry Jacks, they were the best we had in Belize! Our room was perfect for our large family and included three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The roads……

“Amazing place, guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the land and the Mayan culture. The food was delicious, and the place was just beautiful. Onsite hikes in the rain forest and floating the river in inner tubes are well worth it. Also worth seeing the Mayan ruins and cave exploring were well worth it.”
