“We had a wonderful stay in San Ignacio at the Babette House. The house and the grounds were beautiful and clean and had all the amenities except access to washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a group of 9. House had everything we needed and what we ran out of we got at the market close by. Maybe needs more towels but not a big problem if you brought your own. Check in and out were easy ! Melly was always quick to answer our questions. The house is perfectly located near lots of shops and……

“We were the only rental in this little village. It is located on a gravel roads near a run-down park. The kids enjoyed playing there and met some nice kids they played with. This house was perfect. It was so clean, had great A/C and a beautiful shower with the best water pressure we’ve had on our trip so far. There is one small frying pan - we could have used another. And no butter knives - but otherwise was well equipped! We would definitely recommend.”

“What a lovely and unique property! The caretaker was so accommodating when our flight was delayed a few hours. Perfect stay!”

The Lodge is down a dirt road that is very bumpy (like most roads in the region) and became very muddy because of the rain so we parked about 1/3 mile from the lodge……

“Our experience was better than expected. The cabana had everything, great view, clean and comfortable. Christelle is awesome, attended to our every need, enjoyed talking to her on a daily basis. I would definitely do this again.I plan to come back, soon hopefully.”
