In the resort 100 m from the centre of Biniville, 2 km from the centre of Orglandes, 10 km from the centre of Valognes, 20 km from the sea. For shared use: beautiful garden 1'000 m2 with plants and trees, meadow. Private: property 200 m2, courtyard, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 km, sandy beach "Portbail/Quinéville" 20 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Les Chardonnets", 4-room semi-detached house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio and hi-fi system. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm), 1 french bed. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
