“This was the best vacation ever. The booking and communication was phenomenal the house was perfect and very clean. I very much appreciated all the little extra's they provided such as tin foil, plastic zip lock bags, spices and so much more of those little things you just don't think of. “Cute house in a great location, Walking distance to downtown Bay City. Had some plumbing issues and the property manager was quick on getting service. Rooms were spacious, large dining table and cozy living area. Bathroom upstairs needs work and the shower in the downstairs needs to be fixed”

“We (group of 6 adults and one child) stayed for a family weekend to visit our daughter at SVSU. The house was just as described and well stocked with bathroom essentials and kitchen tools. The house is very clean and while the neighborhood looks older, it was very quiet and we had no issues or ever felt unsafe. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Enough bedrooms for the four of us. Appreciated the fenced in backyard for our two black labs. Kitchen nicely stocked. Close to the Bay City Yacht Club where our duck hunting boat was docked. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.”
