Near the Airport & Renovated! East Lake Craftsman

Summary:
This 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home is newly updated! We can accommodate twelve guests between the beds and living room sofa bed. High ceilings throughout, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, plus spacious rooms make this modernized historic home the perfect stay! Conveniently located near the airport, Ruffner Mountain, and East Lake Park. Only 15 minutes from downtown, the botanical gardens, and the zoo! Family-friendly and pets are welcome with a fee. Make yourself at home; we would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will access parking by driving down the alleyway and parking inside the gated area on the backside of the home. Guests will enter through the back door, up the stairs near the parking, by using a digital keypad. Immediately inside the door is the dining room that flows into the living room.
To the right of the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen.
Past the kitchen, on the right side of the dining room, is the first bedroom with a full-sized bed. The washer and dryer are tucked away in the closet of this bedroom.
Off the left of the dining room are two more bedrooms with a full bathroom that separates the two. The first room is the master with a king bed, a large closet, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
The living room is straight through the dining room, furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Please note the fireplace is not functional, but we think it adds to the charm!
On the right side of the living room is the last bedroom featuring a full bed.
Out back, a small bistro table with two chairs, a grill, and a picnic table are available for use.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located on a corner lot in South East Lake.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
Some guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
