“We had a wonderful visit to Black Butte Ranch and absolutely loved our stay at this home. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, so everyone slept great. The kitchen was well equipped, the living spaces were warm and inviting, and there was plenty of room for our family to relax after spending the day at the pool. We...

“5 stars for this home's location on the ranch and for being well stocked with a full kitchen and plenty of towels and sheets for everyone. The beds are very comfortable, and having multiple bikes available for our use was appreciated. Also, the hosts are very responsive. The home shows signs of heavy use, including many broken pieces of furniture and a non-functioning grill. Most concerning, we did not have AC the first night (very hot and stuffy) and we found significant black mold in one of...

“Perfect house for a family! Bunkbed room was a hit with grandkids. Beds are so comfortable and the out door dining is excellent. Location to pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts is amazing. To top it all off the Black Buttee sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely view of the forest. So grateful to have found this great home! Highly recommend for a family or a couples retreat!”

“We loved our stay! A nice big, beautiful living room to gather together in, and plenty of beds. Also the master bedroom is huge with a gigantic walk-in closet! There’s a very large table out on the back deck that can accommodate 10 people plus extra seating around. The additional 2 masters upstairs were nice with their own bathrooms. Also the room right off of the garage was great with lots of beds and also the King available in the family room made it so we did not feel squished at all! ...

“Great layout with good indoor and outdoor space.”

“Beautiful property and accommodations and amazing staff!”

“Buen hotel aunque no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar de su piscina y spa que tenía muy buena pinta. habitación correcta y cómoda. Relativamente bien situado, no en pleno centro pero muy cerca de Sisters. el desayuno no nos gustó mucho pues era muy limitado y de calidad media baja.”

“Well I really just stayed and slept after hiking, but it was really cute, clean, and comfortable!”

“La habitación estava miy limpia y acogedora, el personal es muy amable.. el lugar es perfecto para descansar ”

“Very quiet and cozy spot just outside Sisters. Host was super responsive and friendly. Quaint and comfortable cabin with super comfortable beds.”

“Host was great and very communicative. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful home, very close to the pickleball and pool! The backyard is also beautiful with the string lights and hot tub!”

“This property has a lovely yard with a stunning mountain view with a comfy patio set and hot tub. Our pup stayed home, but any size dog would be comfortable and safe here, as it is fully fenced. The bedroom is large with a closet and full king and the bed is very comfortable. The food prep area is as advertised. A small frig, microwave and Keurig. You will want to try local restaurants: our fave was the Open Door. The hosts, Joey, was exceptional. He responded to our questions in minutes...

“A relaxing space to unwind. The backyard was delightful, I wish I had brought my dog. The kitchen has great workflow, but needs some organization and was short on some essential items. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great house to spend time in. We’ll plan another trip next year ”

“I gave this listing one star not because it was terrible. We, in fact, did not stay there. On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. We decided the last thing this community needed was two more tourists to suck up valuable resources...

“Great place, very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!”
