I received an email stating that I would receive info re carparking 24 hours before my stay and "other" check in details approx 1 hour before the check in time of 3pm. "An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"Property in general was very good. Some more utensils and a frying pan would be useful additions to the kitchen. Communication from the host was a bit lacking too, I didn't get the entry codes until 10 minutes before check in. It states 3 days on the app. I messaged them several times but received no reply back, so I had to call them on the day we were travelling up, as I was worried that we wouldn't be able to get into the property."

"We stayed in a quadrupel sea front room,it was huge with great sea views and very comfitable.We went to see the illumination which was well worth the effort to see,and yes it rained,but it was good only wished we could have stayed a bit longer. The only down side and this is nit picking i was charged a surcharge for one of my party for breakfast has the room charge only coverd two people for breakfast which i thought strange has the room is for four people. The breakfast was stunning."

"Check in was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and nicely furnished. There was some dirt on the inside of the sliding bathroom door but this wouldn’t be seen by the cleaner if the door was open. Breakfast was great either way lots of choice and was well stocked and warm. Very quiet rooms and location was handy for the tram stop."

"Holiday with family. Hotel was located next to the pleasure beach with a tram stop across the road for local travel. Lovely room looking into the front, which was spacious and clean. The only thing that we were disgruntled with was the £25 per day parking in the hotel carpark. This, we felt was excessive. Other than that, we had a great stay here and would recommend!"
