This apartment has been completely renovated recently which makes it functional.
Tenants can sleep in two bedrooms in which there are two double beds and a single bed with completely new bedding.
In the living room there are two sofas, which can act as beds, and a television. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a sink. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, hood, coffee maker, washing machine) BATH TOWELS AND SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED: Take mattress covers 220x180 / 160x200 / 90x190 sheets to cover you and pillow cases.
The accommodation is located on the first floor and has an elevator and is located 200m from S'Abanell beach. Outside there is a children's garden and a swimming pool with deckchairs. An outdoor table and chairs are also available in one of the two balconies.
The apartment is very well connected and is located 60 km from Barcelona. The accommodation is close to many shops, restaurants and supermarket. The area is quite lively in the evening. (disco nearby)

L'annonce ne mentionnait pas que la boîte de nuit se trouvait devant la fenêtre des chambres et du salon, les nuits ont donc été très brillante et très peu reposante. La cuvette des toilettes était cassée à notre arrivée. Il y avait de la poussière et des détritus des précédents locataires. Pas de ventilateur dans la seconde chambre. L'annonce disait appt refait à neuf mais il ne le semblait pas du tout. Sinon l'appartement est bien passé la plage est effectivement pas loin.

appartement très bien situé à proximité des commerces et la plage à 5 minutes. Pas besoin de voiture.
appartement refait à neuf. grand lit douche italienne.

Bien situé mais pas très propre et très bruyant
- : Appartement donnant sur une discothèque et des rues très bruyantes (le samedi soir en particulier, très bruyant, même les fenêtres fermées)
Ménage discutable à l'arrivée : frigo, congélateur pas nickels, micro-ondes sale, couverts et vaisselle dans les placards pas très propres, plans de travail et plaques de cuisson vite lavés, chiffonnettes posées à côté de l'évier sales et même un isotherme dans le placard même pas rincé (encore du café dedans). Appartement pas assez aéré avant notre arrivée. Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée (juste remise des clés), ni de sortie d'ailleurs. 1 seul jeu de clés.
+ : Appartement à 5min de la plage, proche commerces, restaurants... 2 balcons : 1 pour manger, 1 pour étendre le linge. Climatisation dans la pièce principale. Matelas plutôt confortables. Personne qui nous a remis les clés très gentille.

Bel appartement mais trop bruyant
L'appartement est agréable, la résidence et la piscine sont bien entretenues et le gardien est très serviable. Effectivement proche d'une belle plage et de tous commerces, le quartier est vivant, malheureusement c'est aussi un point de rencontre de beaucoup de jeunes fêtards et le logement est situé face à une discothèque et 2 ou 3 pubs très fréquentés (en Aout en tout cas)... C'est vraiment dommage car nous n'avons pas pu dormir pendant tout le séjour que nous avons d'ailleurs écourter...
