“Great location in city centre with lots of shopping, eating and bus connections close. Minimalist style rooms. The breakfast was good with lots of choice options. I room lighting was poor. Impossible to go makeup in the bathroom and no good lighting in the bedroom to do it either! Housekeeping sometimes missed brining clean towels, emptying the waste baskets and switching out our dirty mugs! Otherwise a good place to stay.”
“When we checked in we were put in a room where all you could hear was all of the cars on the motorway. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because we could keep the windows closed and turn on the AC. Well there is no AC at this property. We did not know that. The receptionist said we'll I can refund your money. That is when the gentleman that was working with her offered us a different room without all of the traffic noise. We put the fan on by the window to bring in cool air.

“One of the ladies serving breakfast gave us aweful service. In the evening we were served a bottle of white wine which wasnt chilled. Excuse was it come from the stores. No where near 5 stars im affraid”
“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was a nice size. We had a triple room and, unfortunately, one of the beds was sunken in on one side making it very uncomfortable. Also, the parking is a few blocks away, so take that into consideration when booking.”
