Built specifically for unforgettable family memories and your four-legged companions, our cabin features a private, wooded Pet Trail right in the backyard. Follow the winding path all the way to the end for a surprise photo-op with our resident Bigfoot statue—the absolute favorite spot for family snapshots and guest memories! After exploring, unwind together under the stars around our classic backyard fire pit.

The Raven’s Retreat Relaxed Guest Promise:
We believe vacationing in Blue Ridge should end with a quiet morning coffee, not a long list of stressful house chores. To ensure you stay in vacation-mode until the very last second, we proudly operate a strict NO-CHORE CHECKOUT POLICY. You will never be asked to strip beds, scrub down counters, or run loads of laundry before you leave. Your only job on departure morning is to load the dishwasher, adjust the thermostat, and lock the keypad on your way out to hit the road completely stress-free!

The Space & Premium Layout
This beautifully designed three-story cabin offers flexible sleeping options for up to 8 guests and amazing indoor-outdoor transitions.

Top Level Master Oasis: Features a plush King bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and elegant French doors opening up to your own private balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and putting green below.

Main Level Suite & Living Area: Home to a second bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and its own French doors leading out to the massive main deck. One of the Queen-size futons is located on this level for easy access and flexible sleeping.

The Heart of the Home (Main Level): The main floor boasts a gorgeous open-concept family room featuring a warm gas fireplace, a large Smart TV, and two plush leather sofas. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen serves as a social hub, equipped with 4 bar stools at the counter and a beautiful wood dining table that comfortably seats 6. A second set of French doors sweeps open from the main living area onto the shared deck, instantly expanding your entertainment space.

The Massive Main Deck: Step outside to enjoy a hardlined gas grill with an automatic safety timer (never runs out of propane and shuts off automatically!), an outdoor ceiling fan, a 4-person outdoor table, and a larger 6-person table for flexible open-air dining. It's perfect for quiet reading time with your morning coffee while the rest of the group plays downstairs.

Walk-Out Basement Lounge & Game Room: The ultimate entertainment hub! Kick back on the deep leather sofa in front of the lower-level gas fireplace and large TV, or listen to your favorite tracks on the vintage replica jukebox. This area is fully equipped for group fun, featuring a full-size pool table, a classic arcade game, a dartboard, and an extensive collection of board games, card games, and puzzles. For extra comfort, this space includes 4 bar stools and a second Queen-size futon, making it the perfect hangout spot for kids, teens, or the whole group.

Raven’s Retreat Dog Policy:
Raven’s Retreat happily welcomes well-behaved dogs (2 dogs maximum) to stay at the cabin. The pet fee is $23 per pet per night and is automatically added to your reservation when you select pets in your guest count. If your stay is longer than a week, we are happy to discuss a flat rate pet fee prior to booking.

• Hot Tub Restrictions: There is a zero-tolerance policy for dogs in the hot tub. Dog hair easily clogs expensive hot tub filters, requiring emergency maintenance.

• Fencing and Wildlife Boundaries: Raven’s Retreat does not have fencing on the lot; it is recommended that all dogs be leashed at all times when outdoors to protect them from local wildlife and prevent them from wandering onto adjacent acreage.
• Noncompliance with Pet Rules: Unauthorized or undisclosed pets will result in an automatic $300 unauthorized pet fee and an immediate eviction warning for guests who fail to disclose an animal.
