“Older hotel but freshly renovated. We were there for a wedding and the staff was great. One small little snafu with room cards, but they were quickly on and resolved all issues. Great breakfast at the attached restaurant. Thank you to the staff for a great stay!”
“Room was clean ac was struggling to cool.
Was told there was no cable normal tv when I asked front desk. This is a first for any hotel I stayed in to date. Breakfast was garbage no eggs just hard boiled and cold in the fridge… sorry I don’t like eggs that much. For an extra $5 to $10 charge to the room eggs and bacon or sausage would’ve been recommended . I had to struggle to pick anything for the complementary breakfast and it was coffee and orange juice was my go to. Eye opener for future……
“No staff in the lobby to check in, waited then had to call the emergency line for someone to come. We had a conjoined room with strangers, who had a large dog barking all evening and past 3am. Staff did nothing. Neighbours were loud and slamming doors all night. Smoke detector was broken, found half behind a random full size fridge that was blocking the shared door. No garbage in the bathroom. Old toilet paper roll sitting in the bathroom shelf that wasn’t cleaned. No plug for the bath tub.……
“À notre arrivée vers 19h00 (plus ou moins), le bureau était fermé et personne pour nous accueillir. Pourant il était écrit "ouvert" et qu'l fallait sonner. Ce fut une très triste expérience. Malheureusement !!!
J'étais obligé de chercher un autre hôtel dans une ville que je connais pas. C'est la première fois que j'ai rencontré une telle situation. Et je n'ai jamais eu un mot d'excuse de la part du propriétaire. Nous sommes au Canada s'il-vous-plaît !!!
