Its an old high end hotel but very well kept. The rooms are very nice, though there was no air-conditioning, its always cool. Its in the downtown area of Bogota. Its located in a business district.

Not an international hotel. No smart TV so all channels except CNN were in Spanish. Food poisoning from room service pizza. Wrong information given twice in english at the reception. Old and tired hotel. However well located for many amenities so no need to use a taxi can walk if you feel safe.

About 50 years ago it may of been a five star hotel but now not so much. My wife and I had to switch rooms three times during our stay. They did upgrade rooms each time so that was nice. However, water temperature was difficult to control no matter what shower we used. Water leaks through the lobby when it rains, and not just a little bit. Staff is friendly and accommodating.The area around is not safe after dark.

I like this hotel. It's convenient, safe, quiet, clean, great food, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. Not the most modern in rhe city, but I have nothing to complain about.

What i liked about this property was that the staff and the hotel itself were very nice. What we didnt like was that the room was very dirty, like it was not used for a long time and no cleaning was made.
What i didnt like either was that Expedia offer this hotel with a perk but the hotel itself inform us that it was not included in our package, so i was confused, but whatever!!

It is an older hotel with character and history but will lack the atmosphere of a newer modern room. There are places to eat within walking distance but beware of your surroundings when you are out and about. It is not in a nice part of Bogota.

The staff is very nice and helpful, but the place has been neglected, I will rate it 2 starts hotel. A lot things need update and change, the floor carpet for example. It needs also a ritual to remove the bad energy collected overtime.

Very historic, old fashioned hotel. Airport shuttle is great service. You need to contact hotel before the trip about hours. All crew so polite and helpful. Restaurant was perfect. Room and view are great. Only small minibar would be nice for basic needs, like snacks and drinks etc. Overall great experience.

The staff and people was extremely nice and went out of the way to help me.. Breakfast was good.. Most places are walkable.. But the taxi service outside main door well go with ya and wait on ya wherever you want to go.. For a price of course.. Its an older hotel.. So there is show of age.. Far as i am concerned it was perfect for the price.. And i would definitely go back there..

I expected for the price and the prestige of this hotel for everything to be outstanding . Our first room had furniture missing and dust so thick I could and did right my name in it . The food at the restaurant was cold and sub par . We will not be coming back. The shower had cold water the entire stay. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed.

I like the History of the Hotel. The staff is friendly and Courteous. The thing I didn't like is the rooms we stayed need little things repaired and those things should be reported by the cleaning crew to the maintenance department.
