“The hotel was fine. Check In was a nightmare. After a long journey it wasn't really what we needed. They had checked someone into our room already. Although we had pre paid for our hotel they managed to charge us again twice. We tried to explain we had paid and that we were not the party he was trying to check us in under. He still wasn't having it. Was a nightmare. Finally we managed to get through to him. Hopefully I'll get my two refunds back. Not an ice experience.😡”

“The hotel and staff were top of the game. The only complaint that we had due our stay was that the breakfast was never stocked. The person working it acted like they wanted to not put much out so it was easy to clean at the end. If there was 1 muffin avail, they would wait til someone took that muffin and then put one more out. Once the gravy ran out they did not make any more. Could go on and on but you get the picture.”
