“The room was advertised at Hotels.com as having a separate living room. It wasn't the case. It was a very nice room, with a bathtub and a nice shower. But the views were literally a mall (people from a nearby shop could see you), and a dock for loading/unloading trucks. Which made it very noisy in the mornings. Also, none of the usual amenities of a hotel that expensive: minibar, room service, etc. Nowadays, seems like a hotel room can be considered luxurious just by having Rituals...

“Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place.
