“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom……

“The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.”

“The rooms were so quiet and spacious enough our family didn’t feel ontop of each other. The refrigerator didn’t get cold really but wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast was awesome, coffee was great, happy hour is delightful and the team there is very sweet. The restaurant attached is awful and if I were embassy suites I wouldn’t want them attached to my company but that’s not to do with the hotel. Great location, great venue, loved it!”

“If you are just looking for a bed but don't care about cleanliness, smells, quality of food, upkeep of facilities, this is your place. Upon entering our room we inspected sheets and pillows. The sheets were worn and some pillows had spots or stains on pillow cases. The floors didn't look clean- saw leftover spots of the last guests coffee. Walls had not been wiped down as there was a brown smear of something sticky on.wall. Bathroom floors appeared to not have been clean in quite sometime. Mold……

“We hated our stay here. First off, tge receptionist Bridgette, was really rude. When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in……

“Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. ”
