“The apartment was very cute and cozy with great old wood floors and accents. My only complaint is when we got there, it was 88 degrees in the upstairs apartment. There were several AC units, but they were all off and it took a few hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. We had breakfast downstairs the next morning and the food and staff were amazing!”

“Me quedaría de Nuevo ”

“Me gusto mucho el servicio y la ubicacion del hotel”

“We had the suite which was very nice, with a great living room, the place was like an bnb. And continental breakfast”

“Es importante que hagan un arreglo en el baño de las habitacione y que cambien las almohadas, son muy antiguas, están amarillas y no hace que te sientas cómodo. La cama también era incómoda. Como positivo, nos dejaron unas chocolatinas para desayunar y botellas de agua, muchas gracias.”

“Clean room. Reasonable price. Friendly owners”

“Loved the location in a beautiful rural area not far from town, which was very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the new deck, lovely nature setting, and lighted pathway with flickering lantern lights in the evening. Host was responsive to any of our questions. Could only stay a day, but could easily have stayed longer.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this sweet B&B. Joan met us at the door and gave us the door code and WiFi password (they were posted as well), provided a little history of the beautiful home and arranged a time for breakfast the following morning. The room was clean. We had a jetted tub and a thermostat for our room (which Joan had turned on the heat prior to our arrival). There was an air conditioner in the window of the room. Breakfast every morning was delicious! We will definitely be returning when...

“It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about...

“What a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect location. I didn’t roam around the grounds much just due to the nature of my stay but what I saw were well kept and maintained. I wish I would have been able to walk the trails but just didn’t have the time. The view from the deck over looking the fields and pond was amazing. With the use of the provided binoculars you could see for miles. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.”

“What a great cabin. The view from the deck was amazing, and the cabin was truly secluded. We brought our dog, Kane, who also had an amazing time running up and down the slope of the property. They had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our trip. I came for the stars in the dark sky, and they did not disappoint. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. ”

“What a stunningly beautiful place to stay! The house is beautifully maintained and just emits a sense of history and tradition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area.”
