The house is just renovated. It consists of a kitchen area with a central island, a bathroom, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a living room with large screen TV, two bedrooms, and a third bedroom. smaller that may be suitable for children or an adult. The house is located in a quiet village, on a plot of 2700 m2. It is close to the abbey of Bon-Repos, Lake Guerlédan and the Nantes-Brest canal.
