“The bath tub was dirty, it actually had a ring around it. To make matters worse, it didn't drain well so taking a shower resulted in standing in water in a dirty tub. The hand sink leaked, the workout room was being used for storage and was not available, and the hot tub did work and was closed. Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.”

“We requested a roll away bed for my grandson or 2 queen beds - he had to sleep on the floor. Requested a handicapped room or on the first floor and we had to walk up 3 sets of stairs to get to our room. Staff was gone when we arrived they left they key on the desk at 10pm”

“This is a joke my team waited for the room till 9pm chek in was at 3pm they got there at 7 from long drive and had to wait 2 hours so they can have the room ready for them i want a full refund or a free stay at any of my choice this unacceptable”
