“I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. My whole family was packed in the living room, and we have to share bathroom with other people for the entire stay. The bathroom also had very bad smell and not well maintained. During our staying, we asked room service, but no……

“The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. ”
