“Great location and easy stay, especially for the price.”

“The location was a 10 minute drive from Boothbay and the rooms were newly renovated and very cute. But some of the furniture was coming apart during normal use. Biggest concerns were as follows:1. Very poor communication from host. They didn't provide us with entry information until the morning of, and didn't answer our messages. “No Office, No signage, no one around, no name on property. Very odd.”

“We enjoyed our 2 nights and slept well. Thank you!!”

“The cottage was great but the check-in was very stressful. Owner did not send email with info until Saturday morning and it went to my Spam folder. No one was on site when I first got there but someone working in the garden got hold of the owner and let me in. Website says check-in was after 3PM but owner said it was 5PM. Needs to update that on website. After a10-hour drive I was not happy.”

“Amenities were basic. Breakfast was cold continental , with toast available. But, The retro frig and microwave were fun and staff was polite and responsive.”

“This little place was excellent! Great views, very convenient to walk everywhere. The morning breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay again!”

“We had an amazing stay at the Greenleaf Inn. Although we only stayed one night the owner was amazing and welcoming! He gave us the best local recommendations. We also slept so amazing as everything was clean in the room and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend (and stay a little longer!)”

“Amazing property with great host, glad to come back again for another week”
