We can’t say enough about host “Jersey” and the community he has created at this lovely spot. Rooms, amenities and views are fantastic, but he goes beyond with custom tour itineraries, property tours and nightly campfires with s’mores and music. His welcoming and humorous charisma makes you feel like you are staying with an old friend!

Jersey was great! Very welcoming and walked us around the Inns showing all that was available! Widow’s Walk, fire pit area, all the areas to relax on the grounds. Helped us immediately with an issue right away! We plan on visiting again. Beautiful place to stay.

Everything was great. Great location, great staff. I did have a slight issue on the last morning. I was abruptly woken up at six in the morning by a guests two children running around yelling then banging the outside chairs up against my wall. I knew it was a shared space. I just didn’t know it was that shared. It just stinks because I got away so I could get a couple of good nights sleep for once. I guess it’s just hit or miss depending on who the other guests are. No fault of the inn but wanted to mention it in case someone is looking for something a little more private.

Jersey, who checked us in, was an absolute hoot! Being in the hospitality industry myself, I really appreciated how warm and personable the experience was from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and absolutely adorable. We instantly felt at home. Jersey also helped us make dinner reservations that evening, and having a local recommendation made the experience even better. It's those thoughtful touches that really set this inn apart. The entire B&B had the welcoming feel of staying with family. There were complimentary drinks and snacks available in the refrigerator whenever we wanted them, and the fresh pastries in the morning were such a treat. Sitting outside the inn with coffee, enjoying breakfast while watching the water, was the perfect way to start the day. We loved every minute of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Greenleaf Inn was an excellent place to stay. Mary the property manager stayed late to meet us as we were delayed in checking in. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We definitely recommend this property if you are visiting Boothbay.

the Inn was in the perfect location. Restaurants and shops are close by. The host was a very helpful and accommodating and it was very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to come and visit the Greenleaf Inn. They give you the VIP treatment here . Can’t wait to return for our next stay.

Extremely good formula for an ocean view, modern interior, inn on the Bay. Shout out for Jersey, the general manager, who cannot do enough for you. great creative host! There is an enormous kitchen with everything you could want, and it is shared with about four other rooms or so. This keeps the room sizes very large as there is no need for a kitchenette in the room with few features. Great place..........

What a fantastic inn in Boothbay. Best view and great host/owner. Loved the community kitchen. We bought steamed lobster from Boothbay Hannaford and some corn and had our own lobstah dinner right on our porch

The Greenleaf Inn is your BEST choice for your visit to Boothbay- the hospitality is the shining star, the Innkeeper ensured the best experience for our stay with helpful knowledge of the area and generous attention to our interests and schedule- highly recommend! We will be return visitors!

Two well-appointed properties, immacutely provisioned and maintained. And, within easy walking distance to tastefully touristic Boothbay Harbor town. Check-in was a joke. Waited 10 minutes for front desk guy, Jersey, who had multiple check ins simultaneously,. basically tossed the key and said 'up there. '

I’ve never felt more genuinely welcomed at a hotel than I did at Greenleaf. The property itself was beautiful, but it was the incredible staff who truly made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond at every turn, making sure we had everything we needed and more. It felt like they weren’t just hosting us, they were taking care of us.

The property is newly renovated and very well appointed and maintained. We stayed in the Greenleaf side and the walls/floors were very thin. Other guests were courteous however we got very little sleep as the ceiling squeaked with every step from our neighbors above and when people spoke at a normal volume we could hear every word.

The location and view of this property was excellent. The staff gave good dining recommendations. The fire pit at night with s’mores was nice. We were given a nice bouquet of flowers at time of check in. The morning breakfast was a bit different. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and condiments and pastries. You were responsible to make your own breakfast in the kitchen.

Great spot in Boothbay Harbor Maine. Walkable area to restaurants, boat excursions, shops and waterfront. Easy parking on premises. Check in time on our Expedia booked reservation states 2:00pm-4:00pm check in. We received a text message from the Inn manager letting us know check in was at 4:00pm and to send him a text when we were close to arrival. Other than the time difference check in was seamless and informative. Property manager was friendly and accommodating and walked us around the common areas of both buildings Admirals Quarters where the main office is and the greenleaf building where we stayed. They both have a shared kitchen area and living room dining room areas. Our room was advertised as a private penthouse king with direct access to the sky deck. The room was on the small side but worked for our short stay and had fold out luggage storage which was convenient for our belongings. We had a small refrigerator as well. Bed was on the soft side which didn’t work well for me but was fine for my husband. Lots of light comes in early morning but we are early risers so no issue for us. The view out of the windows from the bed was beautiful. All upgrades were well done. Neighbors sliding door was right next to ours which accesses the shared deck. You could hear your neighbor as well when inside. The property is set up with a sense of community most areas are shared including decks, chairs, grounds both inside and out. Typical of most Inn’s.
