We did not have an actual suite as we were accustomed to in other Embassy Suites hotels. Also, it was not modernized with bedside outlets for charging phones.

Location is right near the airport which is convenient when traveling from or to Logan. It is also literally next to the rental car section which was perfect since we were renting a car to drive home with. They also provide an airport shuttle to get you back and fourth. Everyone was friendly. Good breakfast selection especially the fresh omelet station. Our room was nice however the bathroom could use some updating

Loved the room layout perfect for family’s, complimentary cribs were horrible! Medal bars my baby immediately got hurt, so we had to put him in between us to sleep. Complimentary breakfast was amazing as were the kitchen staff and cleaning staff so kind and friendly.

Left our hotel room at 9:30 to grab breakfast and then catch the shuttle. On the 10th floor. Elevators not working and the service elevator wouldn’t call to our floor. After 15 min waiting with luggage and a toddler and multiple phone calls to the desk we finally got to the ground floor at 9:55. We didn’t have time to get breakfast properly and service stopped at 10. Otherwise this hotel is my go to for the free breakfast and proximity to airport.

My flight got in after 9pm, i collected my bags called for tge shuttle whish quickly then I got to the hotel after 10pm checked in and I wanted a hot cup of tea before my bed time but everything was closed besides the bar. I was a little disappointed

Check in staff was kinda rude. There was a single server for the entire dining room for dinner. The room was mostly clean. Kinda smelled.

A bit threadbare, like an old cruise ship. It is difficult to get taxis there because some companies do not want to incur extra city fees for access in the airport area. Uber will not pick up or drop off at the Embassy Suites Hotel - Boston, Logan Airport. This made inconvenient during our three-day stay.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean, spacious, very close to the airport. Which makes it convenient to catch your flight. HOWEVER, the $60 parking fee is astronomical and absolutely ridiculous.

The rooms are in major need of being updated, especially the bathroom. Food in bar area was overpriced and not very good. Marc the shuttle driver was amazing, while the younger guy (not wearing a badge)who checked us in seemed annoyed and rude. Would suggest staying somewhere else.

Close to the airport, free shuttle to/from airport and subway station. Very friendly front desk staff and shuttle drivers! Full breakfast included too and even though they are undergoing some renovations, the food service and area were great.
