I stayed at the Kings Arms on business, but my partner brought our dogs to look around Boston. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Boston. Really lovely host and fabulous with the dogs. Place was spotless, and great breakfast in the morning including a vegetarian version for my Muslim partner. The decor was a bit dated, but overall quite clean, all the essentials and complimentary coffee and water which was great. My only thing to riase and of course I knew this when booking was the noise from the pub below. With that said, once the pub closed and everyone had left at 11:30 it quickly became deathly silent and I fell straight to sleep. It was next to a semi busy road that got loud from about 5:30am, but the bed was comfortable and I usually struggle to sleep before a marathon, but I got a solid 6 hours.
