Staff members are Awesome, especially Joanne, David, Niya, Yuly, Olga and others who I dont know their names. But all of them made us felt like we are home. I really recommend this Hotel for anybody who visits to Boston please consider that this is your Hotel

The overnight manager was very disrespectful to me and my boyfriend he even call the cops on us but we talked to them and they understand us i am very disappointed it wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel this never happened before

To many children and a lot of long term families are living in there the breakfast are terrible

I like the fact that the place is accessible. I was not too fond of the level of noise around the place.
