The hotel served our needs in every way and we had a great couple of stays. The only caveat would be the restaurant/room service is unavailable on Sunday and Monday. Just need to plan ahead for that.

The hotel staff allowed us an early check in, which helped us drop off our luggage early so that we could return our rental vehicle on time. Very professional staff, clean rooms, very comfortable pillows and linens, and conveniently located in Back Bay. Beds were a little firm, but nothing outside the ordinary. The hotel restaurant closes for breakfast by 10am, so be prepared if you want to have breakfast there. The rooftop pool and bar is cool, if not something of a novelty since the pool is for cooling off, rather than for swimming laps. Overall, I'd give it 4.5 stars. Great staff and customer service, super clean room and a busy cleaning staff. Absolutely deserving of a 4-star hotel in that respect.

Our family stayed for 3 nights. A great location near all the main sites. Easily walkable to Fenway, Boston Common, and access to the subway is very close. The roof top pool, patio, and bar area was nice to unwind they even had live music the one evening. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to provide recommendations or directions. We can’t wait to return to Boston.
