I interacted with three staff and they were all rude. A table in my room was sticky. A sink in the fitness room was broken. Overall very disappointing.

Nice hotel..but free breakfast is a marketing scam. Overall nice hotel...big, clean room. Nice sized pool and gym. Staff were friendly. We booked through Expedia and were happy to find that breakfast was included. The "free" breakfast is a $25 voucher in a restaurant where a very modest breakfast of bacon and eggs and coffee(no toast!!!) costs $35. So even with a voucher, a couple can easily spend $40 on a very simple breakfast. The Westin Continental breakfast is $28 and coffee is extra!!!! Bottom line: the free breakfast is a sort of sneaky marketing tool to get you into a dining room with ludicrously high prices. Why not just be honest and charge a normal price for bacon and eggs?

We decided to spend a couple of extra nights in Boston after a funeral. It was St. Patrick’s Day weekend. We had a great time. The priority was awesome. We visited the 2 restaurants, Starbucks and the comedy club, Laugh Boston. Lots of paces to walk to. A short Uber or taxi ride to most areas like Faneuil Hall.

I loved the parking garage of this building. We came from Philly, and it was clean and easy to access. The rates were great as well. It was our first time to Boston and The Westin gave us a nice smooth experience. I would definitely return.

The property was very nice and clean! The staff were friendly and helpful when asking questions or looking for something nearby or inside the property. We had breakfast vouchers for sauciety restaurant and it very good! A lot of breakfast options, very delicious, we were very happy with our experience overall! Definitely recommend! We will definitely stay here again in the future!
