Family visit
This is our go to every time we visit our daughter. This house is immaculate, beautiful, spacious-I could live here. This house is 15 mins from downtown Boston, with easy access to highways etc. We always rent a car, and have never had a problem parking right in front of the house. And the steam shower? Heaven!

The perfect place!
From start to finish we couldn’t have been happier. We had a few questions for the owner prior to our getaway, and he was very quick in answering our questions as well well as being very considerate. The place is beautiful, with a ton of attention to detail in all its decor and design. We would definitely highly recommend this place for someone looking to get away to Boston.

Unfortunately, Nichole was a little disgruntled about the fact that this was a condo unit. For some reason, she seemed to believe that she was renting the entirety of the house which has three separate condo units. All this would have been remedied if she simply read the description which identified the unit she was renting as an apartment. All I can say is RIF.

Fantastic Property
Recommended by a friend and was the perfect place to stay!! We were visiting our college student. Clean, stylish, bright, comfortable. Communication with John was great - quick and helpful responses. Very pleased!!

Christmas getaway
Property was new, clean and spacious. It was located just outside the city limits. We got to all our site seeing destinations quickly. Highly recommend!

Great spot
Lovely property, minimalistic and appreciated. Would stay again. Couple of things for future guests, off-street parking, we were unaware at first. Owner kindly informed us. Also, if you have any sensitivity to fabric perfumed laundry detergent, all bedding and towels are heavily perfumed, bring your own clear and free detergent, theirs is locked up, but it wasn’t when we first got there. Also, I would consider bringing your own pillow. Place was great, highly recommended and definitely a 5-really almost perfect property which would be a 5+, no one is perfect.

Four night stay
We had 5 adults for a four night stay and we all fit comfortably. The place was clean and nicely done. The neighborhood was not the best, but we never felt unsafe. It's only about 10-15 mins. to downtown Boston. Not much in the immediate neighborhood though, if you need something from the grocery store. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Weekend in Boston
Property was perfect for me, my husband and 2 other couples. Parking right in front of the house which is not the norm for Boston. The house was spacious and had all we needed. We used Uber to get back and forth to the City for a historic bus tour and dinner Saturday then took in a Red Sox game on Sunday. I would definitely recommend this property and might just book again for another time.

Nice house with easy access to everything Boston
Overall the house was set up very nicely. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The only issues were the televisions if you are not tech savy. It seems either updates need to be done or apps needed to be removed. Only issue with the listing is there is no driveway parking. I spoke with a tenant who was very pleasant and explained this to me. Overall a great experience

Better than any hotel!
A friend and I, along with our daughters, met for a long weekend in Boston. I booked this property mostly for size and proximity. BUT, when we arrived in the apartment, we were giddy! This space is BEAUTIFUL! So clean and bright-we absolutely loved it! It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, parking available right in front of the house every time we came back, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The entire rental process was flawless from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again, and likely will, as my daughter is at Northeastern and we’re in the area often. Thanks for a memorable visit!

Loved it
From the moment of check in to check out everything was just easy. The house is in a neighborhood just righ outside of Boston, but the ease of Uber and Lyft didn't take us longer than 6 min to wait on one of the rideshares. It's not far from the main area of Boston for tourists so this was the perfect stay for us especially taveling to the Red Socks and Yankees game. I would highly recommend this house and did I mention how beautiful and clean the home is. Absolutely magnificent!!! Would definitely stay here again. If I could give any feedback to the owner would be outside patio furniture on the deck, but other than that a home well done!!!!

Visit for Northeastern Commencement
Property was great. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We were a little concerned in advance about the proximity of on-street parking but it proved to be no problem. There was always a spot near the house across 4 days/3 nights. Lots of good Dominican restaurants nearby for takeout. We’d stay there again.

Such an amazing stay!!!
Rented here for a concert at Fenway and could NOT be happier with it. Everything about this booking was fantastic. Read a review about neighborhood maybe being sketchy but it was very nice. Parked in street RIGHT in front and Uber’d all over (not expensive at ALL) The apartment was IMMACULATELY clean!! I mean like corners and nooks and crannies CLEAN! The beds were so comfy and the place was pretty and quiet. Loved it!! Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable place for a gathering
Our adult family of 4 spent Thanksgiving at this house for 5 nights. We all enjoyed the layout and comfort of the house. The beds were firm but very comfortable. All bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The location is convenient and close to airport and town via car. It is not a neighborhood I would do a lot of walking around in, but we felt very safe. Overall this house is completely modern and fully updated. Hostess was very responsive at all times. I recommend staying here.
