Great location. Room for one person is very small though.

Very nice hotel. It has the best rooftop view of Florence, we enjoyed going up to the Empire rooftop bar for drinks while enjoying the sunset. Staff is excellent and rooms are clean and comfortable

It is avfery nice hotel with very caring stuff, with excellent location. But the room for the price we paid was small, instead of a proper shower was and old bath. The door to the bathroom was opening in and you need to get around it to get to the loo. Near the loo there is a a metal doir stopper/ each one I used the seat I heat my toes. Also - you have to isy extra £35 to use the dis facilities. There was nothing about this extra payment in the sure when I booked. So that felt like a cone. So good hotel but too expensive for what they offer and the rooms are nit 5 stars .

Beautiful property! Everyone here was very kind & helpful. Very clean and a lovely boutique feel. We booked this location knowing it was a bit out of town and are glad we did. That being said, just know that the shuttle is limited to 2 locations and you’ll spend a little more on taxis. Don’t miss sunset on the back balcony!

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Italy trip! Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area - they provided a very detailed, lengthy list of recommended restaurants and even called to make reservations for us! We were surprised with an upgraded room with a river view and it could not have been any nicer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
