  • Welcome to our little condo in Boulder. It's a top floor condo with a deck that seats 2, and even has a little view of the Flatirons.

    Walk to Pearl St shops, cafes, parks, hiking, CU and more.

    With AC, WiFi, memory foam bed, black out blinds, and underground parking, you will be comfy and have everything you need.

    Box Car Coffee and The Laughing Goat are within a block. Frasca, a world class restaurant, across the street. Whole Foods, mall, and theater 12 blocks away. The location can't be beat!

    Shared wall with neighbors in the building -- please be respectful and aware of your noise.
