WENT RIGHT BACK WITHON 2 MONTHS!! The staff are ALL STELLAR very hard to say ever, but whomever is hiring knows how to add value to the team. We enjoyed the whatsapp concierge, the breakfast plan is a must. It's unlimited menu items PLUS the buffet. And the food was also, STELLAR. We did eat out most nights, but dinner and lunch room service were again...you know it lol STELLAR. Shower pressure was fierce! Bed was comfy. They had a smart tv and toilet. Lovely bathtub I used the 1st time. A safe, ample closet and cabinet space. The fridge was stocked daily. Flip flops and robe provided in the king ocean front room, i feel like it would be that way all around, or they would provide if asked. And the beach in front of the hotel has an excellent bar that makes REAL drinks...not watered down. Nicely strong. Seriously, I'm here to look at booking again and the app asked for a review. If you have or haven't been to rio and this place comes up in your search, look into it. Also the pool is small as well as the pool sitting area, BUT the view is crazy. Worth a look because it was empty one time we went up there and the other, there was a couple adjacent us. It was still so nice n quiet. But the beach!!
