Just 30 minutes from Provins and Sens and 40 minutes from Troyes, this charming home was designed as a retreat where you can slow down, enjoy time with loved ones, and turn every moment into a memory.
Behind its gate, discover over 1,500 m² of private garden surrounded by nature. Here, the days are spent enjoying breakfast in the sun, afternoons in the hot tub, ping-pong matches, evenings gathered around the fire pit, and long conversations under a starry sky.

Fully equipped, it invites you to cook together thanks to its superb 5-burner gas range, its large 80-cm oven, its dishwasher, and all the equipment needed to prepare delicious meals.
The large table can seat up to 10 guests in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for lingering over meals without worrying about the time.

🪲 The house is old and surrounded by nature. Although it is carefully maintained and cleaned, depending on the season, a few small insects may occasionally find their way inside.

🌻 The house is located in the countryside, about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris via the A5, A6, or A4 highways.
To fully enjoy your stay and explore the region at your own pace, we recommend traveling by car.

🚕 For travelers without a car who wish to enjoy a peaceful stay, a private shuttle service is available from the Nogent-sur-Seine (20 min) and Provins (30 min) train stations, with special rates reserved for our guests.
